All-In-One SaaS Booking engine

The online booking management system for all service-based businesses. The system helps easier to track & manage each reservation, with better UX for clients to book the service they need.

Role: User Research, UX/UI Design, Design systems, Co-Founder, Front-End development

Discovery and defintion

Businesses struggle with managing reservations, leading to missed opportunities. Our versatile SaaS platform solves this by offering an all-in-one booking system for any business with hourly bookings. Unlike sector-specific platforms, it allows businesses to manage calendars, clients, and multiple services from a single account. End users can easily book through custom landing pages, saving time and reducing cancellations. The platform is mobile-friendly for both B2B and B2C use.

Problem

1. Duplicates, missed and/or forgotten notes-based reservations

2. Empty time slots & cancelations

3. Cannot fully focus on current client

4. Notes-based reservations are messy and lacks integrity

Solution

The Restti startup was developed from the ground up, from the landing page introducing the system to a comprehensive SaaS-based management platform. It simplifies the process for users to register for services and includes a landing page builder for businesses without their own websites. Every part of the system is fully responsive and features a dark mode option.

My Role & Input

I started the project as a co-founder (with a team of two: myself as Product Designer, and one developer). I conducted user research and interviews to understand needs, pain points, and desired outcomes, and created user personas. I analyzed the best UI/UX solutions and mapped out the B2B client journey through the system, along with the customer flow.

The project gained early recognition and was selected to attend the MITA (Tech-Hub) pre-accelerator, where it was ranked among the top 10 platforms and presented to investors. Unfortunately, despite this initial success, the project struggled to find market fit and did not succeed. The Restti startup continues to run, but without further development.
